Returns/Refunds

Shop Gabrielle Grace gladly accepts unused, unworn, or defective merchandise returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase with the exception of sale items which are final sale.

All products packaging must be intact and returned with the product and must be sent using with tracking and insured shipping.

We will not be held responsible if we receive it damaged or lost, and all returns will be refunded to your original form of payment. We do not accept any used or worn garments or products.

We do not refund original shipping charges. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund so show in your account.


TAXES/DUTIES ON REFUSED SHIPMENTS (INTERNATIONAL ONLY):

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Shop Gabrielle Grace, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments). This amount will be subtracted from your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
