Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, when you place an order to the value of $120 or more, you are eligible for free shipping within Australia.
We also hold free shipping days across the site, so follow us on instagram (@shopgabriellegrace) to be the first to hear about our promotions!
* Order must be placed by midday to qualify for express delivery. Express shipping for Metro areas will be delivered next day, country areas delivered within 1-2 days.
Orders placed Friday to Sunday will be dispatched next working day.
Do I have to pay duties?
We are not responsible for any international taxes and duties that may be incurred on receipt of international deliveries, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for contacting customs centres.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all countries, excluding Africa, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Sudan or Ukraine.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Unfortunately, we are not able to make any changes once your order has been placed, nor can we cancel orders.
You can return your items once you have received your order, simply contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorisation number and the return address.
